Little Lion Bub

Here's the kid-friendly version of Mumford and Sons, Little Lion Man. Old news, but a great song. We also thought it was a time to celebrate for these guys, losing the Grammy to Esparanza Spalding instead of the Beebs is a pretty big deal. Good work boys!

The bubs goes nuts when the banjo gets going, and sings along with the last bridge. Pretty spectacular.

Tokyo Police Club/Two Door Cinema Club- Breakneck Speed/Something Good Can Work.

We usually avoid the mash-up, but in light of the MusicTasteBud resurrection, we made an exception.

I think the last MTB pre-hiatus post included Tokyo Police Club, and I'm sure we're not too far from a new MTB post that includes Two Door Cinema Club, so it's fitting that this little gem showed up this week.

O invented some pretty sweet new moves for this one too.

Taste Buddy

The Bub's Uncle Lee has brought his missing-presumed-dead music blog back to life, and not a moment too soon: Bad Romance was the only thing that could console the kid today (no comment). O's lucky to have people with good tastes in his life, things get crazy.

New episodes of Yo Gabba Gabba this week, and that means some pretty crazy times are in store. The bub didn't think this was as funny as I did, but it's still worth sharing.

He did, however, dance to this song quite a bit this week:

Alexander Ebert- Million Years
A Million Years by AlexanderEbert
I don't know either, maybe O's a hippie.
(turn the volume down at 2:17. We want kids learning those words on the playground!)

Making the best of it

After months of my obsession with these songs, the bub finally decided that they were worth dancing to.
